What we collect
When you submit a form or use the assistant on this site, we collect what you choose to share: your name, phone number, email, the service you are interested in, the location of your property or event, and the details you type. If you use the assistant, we keep the conversation so we can follow up accurately.
How we use it
We use your information only to respond to your request, prepare a proposal, and provide services you hire us for. We do not sell or rent your information. Client identities and assignment details are confidential.
Service providers
The site uses a hosting provider, an email delivery provider to send your request to us, and an AI provider (Anthropic) to power the assistant. They process data only to provide those services. If analytics or advertising measurement is enabled, Google may receive information about your visit through cookies, which you can control in your browser.
Your choices
To ask what information we have about you or to have it deleted, email info@blackoutcrss.com. California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, and we will honor verified requests.
