More about Dana Point
Niguel Shores is guard gated, and The Strand at Headlands holds custom oceanfront estates behind its own gate. Capistrano Beach and the Lantern Village core add older homes and dense blocks close to the water.
Dana Point Harbor serves as the departure point for the Catalina Express, and the city hosts the Festival of Whales, the Dana Point Concours d'Elegance and the Ohana Festival, which drew a sold out crowd of more than 45,000 to Doheny State Beach in 2019. Blackout Security Services is owned by an active sworn law enforcement officer and licensed by BSIS as PPO #122466. We provide estate officers, armed drivers, hotel security support and event staffing, and we coordinate with resort security, HOA gates and the Orange County Sheriff's Department.

How we cover homes here
Estate programs start with a walkthrough by the owner. From there we set posts, patrol checks, and response plans around how the home is actually used, with the same officers shift after shift. NDAs are available on request. Off duty and retired law enforcement are available for higher profile residences.
