The oldest job in security, rebuilt with modern technology.
Guarding a property is a skill as old as property itself. Most companies still run it on paper logs and trust. We kept the craft, trained officers led by law enforcement, and built our own platform around it, so every check, every patrol, and every incident is recorded and reported to you.
How it works on your property
Post orders and checkpoints
Your post orders are loaded for every officer, and NFC or QR tags go at gates, doors, and perimeter points.
Officers scan on every round
Each scan records the officer, the checkpoint, and the exact time, with randomized photo checks of the post.
Geofence and route tracking
On site clock in where you want it, plus recorded patrol routes and arrival and departure times.
Reports written on scene
Incident reports, end of shift reports, and vehicle and visitor logs, entered in the field.
What your service report includes
Delivered at the end of each service period, with same day notice of serious incidents.
Checkpoint log
Every NFC scan with officer, location, and time, so you can see coverage hour by hour.
Time on post
Geofence records of when officers arrived, left, and how long they were on site.
Patrol history
GPS records of patrol visits and routes across your property or properties.
Incident reports
Written to law enforcement standards with photos, so they hold up with insurers, managers, and police.
Monthly recap
A clear summary of the month: coverage, incidents, repeat problem spots, and recommendations, prepared with AI assistance and reviewed by a supervisor.
Contracts and invoices
Contracts you can sign electronically and invoices that match the hours actually worked.

Why it matters
- Proof for your board, your insurer, or your property manager that the service you pay for happened.
- Faster, cleaner police and insurance follow up after an incident.
- Fewer surprises: you see problems in the report before they become losses.
- Accountability for our own officers, which is why they perform.
Questions we get
Can I see where officers were and when?
Yes. Your service report shows every NFC checkpoint scan with its time, the time officers spent inside your site's geofence, patrol visits, and every incident with photos.
How often do I get reports?
At the end of each service period, which we set with you: weekly, monthly, or per event. Serious incidents are reported to you the same day.
Do you install anything on my property?
Only small NFC or QR checkpoint tags at the locations we agree on, such as gates, doors, and perimeter points. They need no power or wiring.
Do officers photograph people?
No. Photo checks are of posts, doors, and checkpoints only. Our platform does not allow photos of people.
Is my information kept private?
Yes. Reports go only to the contacts you name. We never share client names, addresses, or reports.
Talk to the owner, not a call center.
