Blackout Security Services is owned by an active sworn law enforcement officer and licensed by BSIS as PPO #122466. We place licensed armed and unarmed officers at the residence, provide armed drivers for trips to John Wayne Airport and Newport Center, and run scheduled patrol checks with written reports for owners who travel. Our officers coordinate with community gate staff and the Newport Beach Police Department rather than duplicate them and keep a low profile where privacy is the point.
